Welcome to 2025, FANgineers!
Happy football season FANgineers! We're so excited to see all of you wonderful returning FANgineers again, and if you're joining us for the first time - a very warm welcome to our team! It's going to be a great season!
As a reminder, we update this page regularly throughout the season, especially on game weeks. Please make it a habit to check back here every few days during the season to stay up to date on all things SMU football. We will give you all the information you need to succeed right here - Game times, ready times, special game notes, and more - we've got your back! For now, take some time to review the information below. Get ready for some fun, folks!
We can't wait for that first kickoff of the fall, and we hope you're just as excited as we are! If there is anything about our operation or FANgineer responsibilities that you have questions on, feel free to give us a shout! Pony Up!
HOW do I PREPARE?
- If you haven't already (or if you're joining us for the first time, welcome to the team!), review your 2024 FANgineer Playbook and sign the FANgineer Agreement Form!
- Complete the FANgineer Questionnaire to help us learn a bit more about you so we can place you in the best position for you and the team! We can't guarantee we'll be able to match everyone with their preference, we truly value your input and want to make sure you have a good time while you're here!
- Whether you're new to our team or just looking for a refresher, check out this short video about What it Looks Like to be a FANgineer. This provides a quick, surface-level look at what you and other FANgineers around the country might do!
- Hydrate, eat well, and get some sleep before every game!
WHERE to PARK?
Free parking will be available at Mockingbird Station on gameday. Please park at the north end of the lot near the DART stop and the Kroger. A free shuttle will pick you up at Mockingbird Station and drop you off right at the Moody Coliseum. Please plan to arrive early so you can catch the shuttle well before your ready time!

WHAT to WEAR?
Make sure you are following the FANgineer Look guidelines in the Playbook. Remember, we provide the top half of the uniform, you provide the bottom half - nice BLACK PANTS, and neutral, blue, or red COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, CLOSED TOED shoes!
Please have an appropriate undershirt to wear with your polo or a shirt to change back into when you check out. Our gameday polos will stay here on campus!

WHAT to EXPECT?
1. Big crowds - The energy around SMU Football is strong! We've seen huge crowds week after week last season, and we anticipate that to continue. We'll make sure you're ready to go, and we'll be here to help all season long. Never be afraid to ask us for some help!
2. Questions, Questions, Questions! Remember, it's never just "I don't know," it's always "Let me find out for you." Remember, if you don't know the answer to a question, that's okay! Ask your Floor Captain, Supervisor, or your managers - we're here to help you, too.
3. Lots of fun!!! With a slate of big games coming up, it means big energy from everyone - show up with a smile and a go-getter attitude, and we'll all have a great time!
Please also remember to pack some food for your breaks! As long as it fits into your clear bag and is non-perishable, you can bring it in.

There are 6 home games on the 2025 SMU Football schedule this season that you are required to work. The 2025 home games are listed below. Most home game kickoff times are TBA. You will be working approximately 8-10 hours each game day. Report times are currently TBD.
